About Athlete Progression Agency

Talent alone doesn't get you seen. The right plan and the right people do.

APA is a 100% virtual hockey advancement agency for players 15+ who want to reach the next level: junior, prep, NCAA, or beyond. The path up in hockey is confusing, expensive, and full of dead ends. Too many players are left guessing which league, team, or route actually fits them.

That's why APA exists. Players can join the Players Community for personal advising from me, weekly group calls, guest speakers, a full course library, and live nutrition, recovery and mindset sessions. Families who want full support can apply for 1:1 Advancement Coaching, with hands-on help through every recruiting and pathway decision.

Who it's for: serious players 15+, anywhere in the world, who want honest, experienced guidance without paying thousands for showcases that go nowhere.

Why I started APA: When I was coming up, I wish someone had shown me how to navigate the hockey landscape and save money along the way. Over the years I found the missing piece. Most players focus only on skills, but nutrition and mindset are what create real change, on and off the ice. I built APA to give players both: a clear path forward, and the habits to make the most of it. High-level guidance should be affordable for every player, not just the ones whose families can pay thousands.
